Refund Policy

Deposits

Deposits are applied to your invoice after an order is complete. If you cancel an order that you have placed a deposit on within 2 days, your deposit will be returned, less a $100 cancellation fee. Please note, only websites and strategic plans require deposits in most cases. If you cancel an order you placed a deposit on after the 2-day grace period, 30% of your deposit will be returned.

Other refunds

Refunds are available for all products and services when cancelled within 2 days of the order, except when an order has been expedited to be completed in less than 2 days from the order date. Refunds will be made for orders expedited for completion in less than 2 days from the order date if the order is cancelled within 6 hours of it being placed. All refunds are subject to a $25 cancellation fee, except deposit refunds which are subject to deposit refund rules set in the above section. No refunds will be given for completed work. If you do not meet these requirements but still feel entitled to a refund, please call us at 732-743-5825 to explain why you should be refunded. We are real people, and we understand extenuating circumstances. In some cases a refund may be issued even if requirements are not met.
